The Times claim Chelsea are unwilling to meet Everton’s £100million valuation for Lukaku, and have proposed a swap deal involving Batshuayi plus cash.

And could sign the player who scored an impressive 23 goals in 41 appearances while on loan with Bristol City in the Championship last season.

But the Evening Standard report that Antonio Conte’s side may no longer be continuing their interest in the centre-back.
